The food and staff were excellent! Wait time was very short and the environment was inviting as well!
The food was great and the atmosphere is moderate. Some aesthetics could have a little more attention given to them ie; bathrooms. Our server was perfectly attentive and responsive to our needs. The Bento Box was a great selection due to having a variety of items on the plate and still having fresh appeal.
Everything was absolutely delicious!! Room for improvement on drink selection but overall really good and friendly service fair prices as well. Ambiance of the place was well over the bar the lighting was good as well.
My review is from two different visits to P Goy's. Both times we visited the staff were friendly and quick. The tables were clean and we sat right away. The food came out quick and everything was HOT. Both trips I've been impressed that the food was served as soon it was ready and it was all cooked fresh to order. My favorite dishes have been the pad see ew and fried ice cream. We get all the dishes Thai spicy and my husband and I think it could be spicier. The flavors of each dish are well rounded and do not feel too heavy. I especially like their fried food because you can tell they use clean oil and the shatter is unmatched. The last visit for dessert we tried the matcha boba tea and Thai donuts, I wasn't a huge fan of either of them and would have preferred the Thai tea. Overall the restaurant is clean, the food tastes amazing, and the food has always been hot!
This has become one of our go to spots. Whether it's to grab a quick sushi roll for lunch or for having a date night, P Goy's has NEVER disappointed. The staff are friendly, kind, and attentive. Service is usually pretty quick, even when it's busy! ORDERED: Cherry Blossom Roll Beach Roll Lobster Roll The Cherry Blossom Roll is presented beautifully (shaped like a flower). It's always fresh tasting and I add yellowtail to it just for some extra flavor. The Beach Roll is also always presented nicely with eel layered on top. The sauce drizzled over just adds to the flavor of each bite! I love that it comes with three types of fish: salmon, yellowtail, and tuna. My boyfriend loves the lobster roll and usually gets that one every time we go. The spicy mayo on drizzled all over the roll pairs perfectly with the lobster on top. PRICING: For date night for the two of us, the final cost averages around $60/$65. That includes each of us getting a roll, a salad/soup and another appetizer (and maybe 1 drink). The pricing is definitely reasonable and nothing is overpriced. I've been to way more expensive sushi places that aren't nearly as good as P Goy's!! We will be back soon! Probably this weekend...lol
Solid food, lots of options depending on what you are wanting. The Thai food is good and usually my go to. Wife likes the sushi. I'm going to say, avoid the ramen (not usually consistent or always good). People are friendly and place is very clean. Can't go wrong here. If you had to try a new dish the pineapple fried rice is a must because it is packed with flavor and spice.
